Perhaps most importantly, because MBI is a member organization, we now record a wide range of customer contact information, communication preferences, paid transactions, participation in an industry labeling program, meetings attended, volunteer service, and awards received. We are saving literally hundreds of man-hours and tens of thousands of dollars annually.
